The son of a small business family, Theo has always worked to empower others. He got his start in technology. In the mid 1990s, he pieced together his father's first computer network and then played a ton of FPS games on it (much to father's frustration). Today, his father's company employs over 20 employees. As Verisolar's CEO, he wants to deliver that same sense of empowerment to customers and employees. In his spare time, he enjoys walking with his rescue dog Teek.
